1. Information We Collect

To offer you our productivity services and Artificial Intelligence integration, we collect the following types of data:

A. Identification and Account Data

• Authentication: We use Google Sign-In. We collect your name, email address, unique user ID, and public profile picture associated with your Google account.

B. Academic and Productivity Data (Student Context)

So our AI can assist you, we store information you voluntarily input:

• Titles and descriptions of tasks, objectives, and workflows.
• Exam dates, study sessions, and academic calendars.
• Educational documents (PDFs, images) you upload for analysis or summary.
• Habit completion logs and productivity statistics.

C. Biometric and Multimedia Data

• Verification Images: Photos you take to verify tasks. These images are analyzed to confirm humanity and task completion.
• Social Photos: Images you upload to your social feed to share with friends.
• Voice: Brief audio recordings solely when you use Voice Reactions on social posts or AI voice commands.

2. Use of Information and AI Processing

We use your data for the following exclusive purposes:

A. Academic Context Generation (Artificial Intelligence)

We send anonymized or protected data to our language model (LLM) providers to:

• Analyze your workload and suggest optimized study schedules.
• Understand the context of your tasks to offer smart reminders.
• Process documents you upload to help extract key concepts.
• Verify via computer vision that verification photos match requested challenges.

B. Social Features

• Show your progress and verified photos to friends you have explicitly accepted.
• Allow interaction via voice reactions and comments.

3. Device Permissions

The application will request access to the following device features:

• Camera: Necessary for taking task verification photos and updating your profile picture.
• Microphone: Necessary exclusively for recording social voice reactions. The microphone does not listen in the background.
• Photo Gallery: To upload pre-existing images or study documents.
• Notifications: For task reminders, friend alerts, and verification notices.
• Calendar: To read existing events and avoid conflicts when AI plans new study sessions.

4. Third-Party Services

To operate, we rely on secure infrastructure providers:

• Google Firebase: For authentication, database (Firestore), file storage (Storage), and crash analytics.
• Generative AI Services: Text and image processing for tutoring and planning features.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data remains on our servers as long as your account is active. You have full control over it:

• Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete Account within the app.
• Effect of deletion: Doing so irreversibly deletes your profile, photos, audio, tasks, academic history, and social links from our servers.

6. Security

We implement robust security measures, including in-transit encryption (SSL) and strict server security rules to ensure only you (and authorized friends) can access your private information.
